I am Elisabeth Henning

50 years young and a former top executive, sales & business development expert, certified systemic business coach, advisor, and board member – and above all, a woman who knows what it means to live success and then redefine it.

I grew up in Germany and have lived in Switzerland on the beautiful shores of Lake Zurich for over 20 years. After more than 25 years in leadership positions at Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Red Hat, and Iron Mountain, I know what it means to deliver top performance – in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly changing environment. I'm familiar with the ups and downs of corporate life.

Endless restructuring, political dynamics, toxic cultures, and the sense of being “just a number” began to take a toll. I felt unsettled. My values shifted.
