I am Elisabeth Henning

50 years young and a former top executive, sales & business development expert, certified systemic business coach, advisor, and board member – and above all, a woman who knows what it means to live success and then redefine it.

Born and raised in Germany, I now live for more than 20 years in Switzerland at the beautiful Lake Zurich. With over 25 years in leadership roles at Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Red Hat, and Iron Mountain, I know what it means to perform at the highest level – in fast-moving, competitive, and constantly changing environments. I am familiar with the privileges and the down sides of corporate life.

Endless restructuring, political dynamics, toxic cultures, and the sense of being “just a number” began to take a toll. I felt unsettled. My values shifted. I started comparing myself to others and realized with absolute clarity: my knowledge, my network, my energy – I wanted to invest them in my own vision with more
